ABSTRACT
Young patients tend to prefer quick treatments and fixed restorations compared to older patients. Fixed reconstructions on implants now offer a variety of treatment options for various situations. However, despite the aesthetic and functional benefits, there are currently no clear clinical guidelines regarding the number of implants, loading type, and reconstruction type. Although various recommendations do exist, micro/macroscopic factors significantly influence treatment plans and surgical approaches in nearly every case. In this case report, we describe the rehabilitation of a triangular-shaped upper jaw of a 35-year-old non-edentulous patient using an implant-supported CAD/CAM designed prosthesis. Instead of using the All-on-4 method, five implants were inserted and immediately loaded after a series of extractions. The treatment plan involved placing three implants in the frontal region, with two tilted distally. The plan was designed not only to meet the patient's immediate demands but also to consider any possible future requests in the lower jaw. We also took into account the patient's current dentition and potential risk factors. As a result, we inserted a fifth security implant in the front region between the two front implants. The overall functional, aesthetic, and phonetic outcomes were satisfactory, and the patient expressed excellent satisfaction with the results.

ABSTRACT
The mesiodistal diameter of the teeth must be considered during orthodontic diagnosis; the implementation of measurement tools has made it possible to classify each patient into parameters that determine their treatment needs. The aim of this study is to analyze the association between the Bolton Index and dentoskeletal parameters in patients who come to receive orthodontic treatment at the University Polyclinic of the Mexicali Faculty of Dentistry of the Autonomous University of Baja California. A cross-sectional analytical observational study was carried out. The sample consisted of 45 initial plaster models that met the inclusion criteria. The models were measured to obtain the Bolton Index. Lateral skull radiographs were plotted to determine skeletal class according to Steiner's cephalometric analysis. The data were collected and tabulated in Microsoft Excel 365. A two-factor analysis of variance was performed with several samples per group to determine the association between the Bolton Index with dentoskeletal parameters and sex. To compare the mesiodistal measurements of the teeth, a test was performed. hypothesis for a two-tailed mean difference where the normal distribution was used in both with a significance level of α=0.05. No statistically significant results were found between the values of the analysis of variance and the normal distribution value with a confidence interval of α=0.05. In conclusion no statistically significant difference was found between the results of the dentoskeletal parameters between men and women that determine an association with Bolton index discrepancies.

ABSTRACT
Sialolithiasis is the most common disease of salivary glands. Its estimated frequency is 1.2% in the adult population. Sialoliths most commonly occur in the submandibular glands. A history of pain or/and swelling in the salivary glands, especially during meal suggests this diagnosis. For small and accessible stones conservative therapies like milking of ducts with palliative therapy can produce satisfactory results. Surgical management should be considered when the stone/stones are inaccessible or large in size as conservative therapies turned out to be unsatisfactory. In this paper, we present a case of 55-year-old male patient resenting painful swelling and a giant submandibular gland sialolith. The sialolith usually measures from 1 to <10 mm. Giant Sialoliths are classified as those exceeding 15 mm in any one dimension. This case report describes a patient presenting with an unusually large sialolith (megalith), which was in size 2.5 x 3cm, the subsequent patient management, etiology, diagnosis, and treatment.
