ABSTRACT
The research design used in this research is explorative research with a quantitative approach. The research location taken by the researcher is in Malang City. This study is intended to analyze the effect of perceived value which includes emotional value, social value, quality/performance, and price/value for money on in-app purchase intention through loyalty to Mobile Legends game players in Malang City. The population in this study is Mobile Legends game players from teenagers to adults in Malang City. The population in this study is Mobile Legends game players from teenagers to adults in Malang City. The number of samples in this research was 110 samples. Overall, it can be seen that the dominant influence on In-App Purchase Intention is Quality/Performance, Price/Value for Money, Loyalty, and Social Value. This proves that to increase the intention to make purchases in the application, it must increase social value, quality, and price according to the quality obtained in the Mobile Legends game and make players loyal to the game. Social Value, Quality/Performance, Price/Value for Money and Loyalty are variables that significantly influence In-App Purchase Intention. There needs to be development in further research such as variables that are more relevant in accordance with the times and indicators that are more diverse.

ABSTRACT
This research study explores the intricate web of causal relationships among foreign direct investment (FDI), trade openness, labor force participation, financial development, and economic growth in Laos. The analysis employs time series data spanning the period from 2000 to 2018, utilizing the advanced technique of bounds testing through the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) co-integration approach. Before delving into the econometric framework, it is imperative to ascertain the stationarity of the entire dataset to prevent the occurrence of spurious regression issues. To achieve this, we conducted the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) unit root test. The results of the unit root test indicate that the variables under consideration exhibit stationarity at both the level and first difference, providing a strong foundation for the subsequent ARDL modeling. The study's findings shed light on the intricate relationships between labor force participation, FDI, financial development, and economic growth. Notably, the research highlights a positive correlation among these variables, suggesting that an increase in labor force participation, FDI inflows, and financial development serves as a catalyst for heightened economic growth in Laos. However, an intriguing aspect of our findings is the negative impact of trade openness on economic growth, both in the short-run and long-run, a phenomenon warranting further investigation. This study contributes valuable insights to the understanding of Laos's economic dynamics and offers important implications for policymakers and stakeholders seeking to foster sustainable economic growth in the region.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the investment in non-current assets and the performance of quoted manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Secondary data were collected from annual reports and accounts of the fifteen (15) selected quoted firms for the period of eight (8) years spanning from 2012 to 2019. Data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analyses. The empirical results revealed that investment in tangible non-current assets has positive and significant effect on the return on assets (ROA) of the selected manufacturing firms as confirmed by the coefficient and probability value of 0.95(P=0.000). Investment in intangible non-current assets also has positive and significant effect on the return on assets with the coefficient and probability value of 0.44(P=0.000); debt to assets ratio has a positive and significant effect on return on assets; while assets turnover ratio has negative but insignificant effect on return on assets. The overall coefficient of determination, adjusted (R2) of 0.923 showed that about 92% of the total variation in the ROA is explained by investment in Tangible Non- Current Asset (TNCA), Intangible Non-Current Assets (INCA), Debt-Assets Ratio (DAR) and Assets Turnover Ratio (ATR). The study concluded that the influence of tangible non-current assets on the financial performance of the manufacturing companies is more than that of the intangible non- current assets in Nigeria and therefore recommended that attention should be paid to optimum asset utilization by the manufacturing firms in Nigeria. The study also recommended that manufacturing firms in Nigeria can leverage on debts to fund their assets.

ABSTRACT
Both adult and infant mortality rates have been very high in Nigeria and other African and developing countries. This situation prompted the Government of Nigeria to come up with the goal of achieving health for all by the year 2020. The targeted year has come and gone yet the mortality rate is still high showing that the country has not been doing well in the health sector. Almost every public university in Nigeria has a University Teaching Hospital which were established to provide opportunity for internship training of Nigerian doctors and tertiary health care services to the public at affordable cost. However these hospitals are performing sub-optimally as a result of dearth of modern health infrastructure. Nigerian Universities are grossly underfunded. The underfunding has affected their teaching hospitals as they depend mainly on government funding which is difficult to come by. But University underfunding is a worldwide phenomenon. In the face of this underfunding the US public universities and therefore the teaching hospitals have continued to maintain near optimal level of performance. What have they done to achieve this feat? This work attempts to draw lessons from University of Washington, Seattle, US, how it uses the University Advancement Profession to raise funds for the teaching hospitals activities. The paper presents various ramifications of the Advancement profession and, borrowing from the University of Washington, it discusses how the Centre can be used to reposition the teaching hospitals in Africa and Developing countries to start tapping from the large pool of funds existing both within the country and internationally for the development of their teaching hospitals, improve their care delivery and lead to the actualization of health for all by the year 2030.

ABSTRACT
The aim of the study was to analyse the role of social media on the adoption of internet banking by university students in Zimbabwe. The study adopted a sequential explanatory research design with the goal of using mixed research approach. Purposive sampling technique was adopted. A sample of 450 university students studying qualifications ranging from certificates to master degrees were selected from two (2) public universities and two (2) private universities in Zimbabwe. Data was gathered using questionnaires which were distributed to 450 university students. The study revealed, through a Chi Square test that there was a relationship between social media messages and videos on internet banking accessed by university students per day and adoption of internet banking by the university students. The study also found university students frequently check out videos on internet banking sent and uploaded on social media platforms by the banks. The study found that the effects of social media on adoption of internet banking by university students are that social media friends of the students have approved use of internet banking products, banks provide advice on internet banking using social media, videos and messages which are easy to understand, banks frequently give updates on internet banking issues using social media and banks also share latest technologies through social media. The study revealed that banks are slow at responding to internet banking queries raised by students in various social media platforms. The study recommends that banks should be very alert on social media and quickly respond to their customers’ messages. Banks should carry out some training online workshop for their clients who use Facebook so that they can understand the needs of the customers and make their products easy to understand.
