ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the causality relationship and the long-term and short-term effects of the Islamic stock market and the Indonesia-Malaysia macroeconomic variables. The model used is ARDL (Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag), with monthly data from 2008: 01 to 2018: 12. The results showed that the JII variable had a positive and significant effect on the exchange rate in the long run. Short-term estimation results for Malaysia only variable interest rates have a negative and significant effect on Malaysian sharia shares. The results of the testing of the causality of the Indonesian sharia stock market and the five macroeconomic variables namely interbank interest rates (JIBOR), inflation, exchange rates, and foreign exchange reserves are one-way related. Unlike the case with Malaysia, the KLIBOR Interest Rate has a two-way relationship to Malaysian Sharia Shares. Certainty the right monetary policy will drive the development of the Indonesian economy. The results of this study can be useful for evaluating the development of sharia investment in order to avoid crisis shocks and macroeconomic impacts that occur at any time, both in Indonesia and Malaysia. Therefore, research on the causality of macroeconomic variables is very important to continue to be done to minimize the risks associated with Islamic investment.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to assess the determinants of household welfare in agricultural sector in the Province of Aceh, Indonesia. 10,036 of the Agricultural Business Households (ABH) from the 2013 Farmer Income Survey of Indonesia were analyzed using the binary logistic regression technique. The study found that age, gender, education level of household head, number of family members, agricultural sub-sector, income diversification, marketing difficulties, utilization of received subsidies and land ownership statistically and significantly influenced the welfare of ABH. On the other hand, the variable of utilization of agricultural cooperative facilities was found to be statistically insignificant in effecting the welfare of ABH. The number of household members, marketing difficulties, gender and agriculture sub-sector have the greatest influence on the welfare of ABH. These findings suggested the importance of establishing a program to increase farmer productivity at young age, empower female farmers, increase the number of agricultural workers up to the village level, socialize family planning, increase the number of production from the horticulture, food crops, and husbandry sub-sectors. Empowerment of marketing of agricultural products, enhancement of the use of subsidy, land grants, and improvement of facilities and infrastructure of agricultural sector would also improve the welfare of farmers

The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were consumers of several aluminum and glass industry companies in Aceh Besar District. This research method uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique. Research using the method of Hierarchical Linear Modeling Baron & Kenny (1986), is used to examine the effect of independent variables with the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the retail mix has an effect on increasing customer satisfaction. The magnitude of the effect of retail mix on customer satisfaction is 0.766 or 76.6%. This indicates that the better the retail mix will have a positive and real effect on increasing customer satisfaction. This research also proves that consumer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty. The magnitude of the influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty is 0.313 or 31.3%. Unsyiah Library with organizational innovation as a mediating variable. The sample in this study was taken using a data collection method called the Saturated Sampling Technique (census). The number of samples used was 53 respondents. Primary data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used in hypothesis testing with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the WarpPLS version 5.0 program. The results showed that descriptively the leadership style, organizational learning, organizational innovation, and organizational performance had gone well. Then the results of simultaneous testing indicate that leadership style and organizational learning have a significant effect on organizational innovation, leadership style, and organizational learning have a significant effect on organizational performance. ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to explore the short- and long-run influences of the provincial minimum wage and economic growth and labor absorption in 10 provinces of Sumatra, Indonesia over the period 2008-2017. Using the panel regression of the Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, the study documented that, in the long-run, the provincial minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in the Sumatra region, while the economic growth has an insignificant effect on labor absorption. Meanwhile, in the short-run, the provincial minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on labor absorption and economic growth has an insignificant positive influence on labor absorption. Thus, to enhance labor absorption and reduce the unemployment rate, the government should regulate a proper and just provincial minimum wage policy.

All 148 instructors of the center were selected as the sample of the study, thus using the census technique. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the study found that local cultural wisdom has a significant and positive effect on work motivation, while leadership management has an insignificant effect on work motivation. Additionally, both local cultural wisdom and leadership management have a significant positive effect on instructors' performance, respectively. Finally, the work motivation was found to have a mediating effect on the influence of local cultural wisdom and leadership management on instructors’ performance.
