ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to know: (1) brand trust influence on customer satisfaction (2) product quality influence on customer satisfaction, (3) brand trust influence on customer loyalty (4) product quality influence on customer loyalty (5) on customer loyalty, (6) there is indirect influence of brand trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (7) there is indirect effect of product quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at BNI Bank Banda Aceh. The object of this research is brand trust and product quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty. The result of research shows that there is influence of brand trust on customer satisfaction, there is influence of product quality on customer satisfaction, research result also proves that there is influence of brand trust to customer loyalty, then there is influence of product quality on customer loyalty, then there influence of customer satisfaction influence on loyalty customers, there is indirect influence of brand trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and there is indirect effect of product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Banda Aceh.
ABSTRACT
Performance has a positive implication on the quality of life of employees. Based on the Local Government Accountability Report, the performance of the Aceh Education Office has decreased, as evidenced by the decline in absorption of budget that in 2015 by 87% to 85% in 2016. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style, teamwork, and compensation on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance and performance of Aceh Education Office. Using the Slovin formula, the sample size in this study was 206 employees, distributed proportionally to all employees by position. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The data was then analyzed using SEM with the help of AMOS 22.0 program. The results show that leadership style, teamwork, and compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction, employee performance and performance of Aceh Education Office. Other results show that leadership style, teamwork, and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance and service performance through job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and competence on organizational performance, the influence of leadership on organizational performance, the effect of competence on organizational performance, the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance, the influence of leadership and competence on organizational performance through organizational commitment. The study was conducted at the company PT. Bhakti Nusantara Gas. Sampling using saturated samples involving 122 employees. Data analysis uses path analysis.Based on data analysis, it is known that the leadership and competency variables influence organizational performance. Leadership variables affect organizational performance. The competency variable influences organizational performance. The variable organizational commitment affects organizational performance. The direct influence of leadership on organizational performance is 0.581. The influence of leadership on performance through competence is 0.585. In this case, the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect so it can be said that the work organization's commitment variable is intervening. The direct effect of competence on organizational performance is 0.631. While the effect of competence on organizational performance through organizational commitment is 0.672. In this case, the direct effect is smaller than the indirect effect so it can be said that the work organization's commitment variable is intervening..

The population and research sample are all consumers who have inhabited who have decided to buy but have not been inhabited. Technical data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that location and price influence Buying decisions. Location and price affect customer satisfaction. Buying decisions affect customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on organizational performance, the influence of organizational commitment to organizational performance, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational performance, the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance through employee job satisfaction and know the effect of organizational commitment on organizational performance through employee job satisfaction. The population in this study employee who works in the office of PT. Dream Wear. While the sample used was 50 employees who worked at the company office. Sampling uses the saturated sample method because it uses all employees in the company office. Data analysis uses path analysis.
Based on data analysis, it is known that organizational culture influences organizational performance, organizational commitment influences organizational performance, job satisfaction influences organizational performance, organizational culture influences job satisfaction, organizational commitment influences job satisfaction, organizational culture influences organizational performance through job satisfaction employees and organizational commitment affect organizational performance through employee job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to find out the condition of accountability, knowledge of audit, motivation and quality of auditor work, the effect of accountability, the effect of audit knowledge and the effect of motivation on the quality of auditor work at the Aceh Besar’s Inspectorate. By using multiple linear regression, which aims to test and analyze, simultenous and partial effect of accountability, audit knowledge and motivation on the quality of the work of the Inspectorate of Aceh Besar District auditors processed with the PLS program (Partial Least Square). The outcome of research shows that accountability, audit knowledge and motivation have a positive effect on the quality of the work of the agency or in other words it has gone well. Then accountability has a positive effect on the quality of the results said the auditor. Another result is motivation has a positive effect on the quality of the work of the auditor and Finally, motivation has a positive relationship to the quality of the work of auditors in the District of Aceh Besar

This study aims to examine the effect of purchases from related parties, sales to related parties, funding sources and inventory turnover to operating income, both jointly and individually. The four independent variables will be tested for their influence on one non-independent variable, namely operating income. This research includes all population elements that have met the criteria, as many as 65 companies become observations. Observations from 2009-2017 were on automotive and component sector companies. The analytic method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that purchases from related parties and inventory turnover have a positive effect on operating income. Where as sales to related parties and funding sources negatively affect operating income.

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of firm size, age and profitability on intellectual capital disclosure both partially and simultaneously in Indonesian Banking Industry. The research is conducted by using the census method to all commercial banks listed at Financial Service Authority (OJK) until December 2016. The data obtained are secondary data deriving from individual annual report of banks since 2012-2016. By employing hypothesis testing using panel regression estimation method, it indicated that firm size and age have a positive effect on intellectual capital disclosure. This study also found that profitability negatively affects intellectual capital disclosure. The major research limitations are its inability to prove all hypothesis that caused by merely three research variables and limited year of data observation of which it is just from the annual report with data period since 2012-2016.

This study aims to empirically explore the effects of city branding and image on revisit intention to the City of Banda Aceh, Indonesia, mediated by the satisfaction of tourists. 114 foreign and domestic tourists who visited the city were selected as the respondents of the study using the purposive sampling technique. To gather the data, questionnaires were distributed to respondents and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study documented the mediating effect of tourists’ satisfaction on the influences of city branding and image on tourists’ revisit intention to the City of Banda Aceh, Indonesia. These findings suggested that to attract more revisit intention of tourist, the focus should be given on improving their satisfaction based on the enhancements of city branding and its image.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effects of job stress and institutional support on employee commitment and their impacts on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Province, Indonesia. To gather the data, questionnaires were distributed to all staff of the secretariat and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The study documented that job stress and institutional support significantly and directly affected employee commitment and employee performance. In addition, the study also recorded that employee commitment mediated significantly the effects of job stress and institutional support on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Province, Indonesia. This empirical evidences suggested that to further improve employee performance; the human resource management of the secretariat should focus on enhancing employee commitment by managing job stress and promoting institutional support.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to empirically measure and analyze the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the influences of employee commitment and work attitude on employee performance at the Development Administration Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Province, Indonesia. All 120 employees at the bureau were investigated as the respondents of the study, thus using the census sampling technique. The data were gathered using the questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The study found that employee commitment and work attitude positively and significantly affected job satisfaction and employee performance. The study also found a partial mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationships between employee commitment, work attitude, and employee performance. These findings suggested that to further improve employee performance; the human resource manager should focus on promoting employees’ job satisfaction by enhancing the commitment and work attitude of employees.

This study empirically explores the indirect influence of employee performance on the relationships between employee competence, intrinsic reward, and job satisfaction on organizational performances of the Financial Management Agency, Aceh Province, Indonesia. Of 231 employees at the agency, 146 of them were selected as the sample of the study using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. To gather the data, questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Based on the SEM analysis, the study found that employee performance significantly mediated the relationships between employee competence, intrinsic reward, and job satisfaction on organizational performances. This study suggests that to further improve organizational performance must be done through the enhancement of employee performance by improving employee competence, intrinsic reward, and job satisfaction.
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this study are to measure and analyze the direct influences of commitment, competency, and work culture on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and employee performance. It also attempts to measure and analyze the indirect effects of commitment, competency, and work culture on employee performance through OCB. This study was conducted at the Financial Management Agency, Aceh Province, Indonesia. Of 231 employees at the agency, 192 of them were selected as the sample of the study using a purposive sampling technique. Based on the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, the study documented that organizational commitment, employee competence, and work culture have a positive and significant effect on employees’ OCB. Organizational commitment, competence, and work culture are also found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, the study found an indirect influence of organizational commitment, competence, and work culture on the performance of the employees through OCB. These findings suggested that to promote the employees’ performance the focus should be given on improving OCB based on improving employees’ commitment, competency, and the organizational working culture.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to explore and analyze the mediated effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the relationships between employee commitment, motivation, personality, and employee performance in the Regional Education Office of Aceh Province, Indonesia. All 211 employees were selected at the sample of the study. The primary data are collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The study found that employee commitment and motivation significantly affected OCB, while personality was not. Motivation and OCB are found to significantly affect employee performance, while employee commitment and personality were found to be insignificance. Finally, the OCB is found to mediate the effect of motivation and personality on employee performance, while OCB is found to have insignificant mediated effect between employee commitment and employee performance. These findings imply that to further promote employee performance; the focus should be given on improving OCB by enhancing employees’ commitment.

The renewed optimism brought about by the recent African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCTA) is not without raising some concerns for the manufacturing sector in particular. Will more trade flows hurt or boost the manufacturing sector? This study attempts to provide some empirical answers to this question in the long-run by focusing on four North African Countries (NACs), namely, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, and Tunisia. A dataset ranging from 1980 to 2018 is utilized within a vector auto-regression (VAR) framework. It reveals that trade openness enhances the development of the manufacturing industry.

This study aims to measure and analyze the effects of organizational trust and organizational justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), mediated by job satisfaction. To gather the data, questionnaires were distributed to all 120 civil servants at the Integrated Service Implementation Unit of Teacher Quality Development Center, Aceh Province, Indonesia, thus using the census technique. Based on the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, the study found that organizational trust and organizational justice have a positive significant effect on job satisfaction and OCB. Besides, job satisfaction is found to partially mediate the influence of organizational trust and organizational justice on the OCB of the employees. These findings show that any efforts aimed to promote the OCB of employees within the organization; it should be focused on improving employees’ job satisfaction through the enhancements of organizational trust and organizational justice.
