ABSTRACT
It is now an indisputable fact that Kindergarten holds a central role among all levels of education and the social skills acquired by the person during the preschool period are important as they determine the type of relationships with their peers, but also their overall development until they reach adulthood. However, the request remains for the kindergarten to be transformed into a place that will ensure the equal participation of all children in the educational process and the acceptance of their diversity. In the context of this research, which was carried out during the school year 2023-2024, the opinions of kindergarten teachers (N: 240) of the Regional Unit of Epirus were investigated, regarding the factors that affect the co-education of all students in the general school. Inclusive education includes a set of strategies, practices, perspectives and options that allow children with typical and non-typical development to be included in the general kindergarten classroom. The research data showed the need for the general school to be properly organized and for the teachers to work in the context of a dynamic collaboration among themselves, in order to determine the strategies, practices, appropriate conditions and teaching content.

ABSTRACT
Magical realism in literary art is often only understood in a limited way as an aesthetic element, without taking into account the depth of the symbolic meaning contained in it. In addition, the merger between magical elements and everyday reality is often not fully explored, so the potential for the narrative that can be generated is lost. This research aims to analyze the use of elements of magical realism in contemporary literary art and uncover how these elements enrich literary narratives. This research uses hermeneutic methods to explore the symbolic meanings hidden behind magical elements in literary artworks. Through a hermeneutic approach, the selected works of art are deeply analyzed through literary description, contextual interpretation, and critical reflection, with a focus on how these magical elements are integrated into literary narratives. The results show that the elements of magical realism not only enrich literary narratives, but also create a deeper and more complex experience for the audience, by blurring the boundaries between reality and fantasy. The implication of this study is that magical realism can be used effectively in contemporary literary art to create narratives that are not only aesthetically beautiful but also rich in philosophical and symbolic meaning.

ABSTRACT
Advertising has been analyzed by scholars presenting various branches of science: semiotics, stylistics, marketing, and, of course, text linguistics. Unlike other texts, advertisements have a target audience and correspondingly perform specific functions. The aim of any advertisement text is to make the reader/listener of the advertisement potential customers, buyers, or clients. The authors have chosen the object-matter of their research texts advertising cosmetics. The application of the theory of semantic cases or roles proposed by Charles Fillmore with the purpose of specifying their functions, helps visualize the target audience. The analysis of the semantic cases in advertisement texts shows a connection between the type of the semantic case, age group and price category of the cosmetic products. These semantic cases can be considered as signals of addressee-orientation; in our case the addressee are people belonging to different age group.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to describe and analyze the appointment and confirmation of village heads in Yahukimo Regency. This research uses qualitative research procedures that produce descriptive qualitative data. The research was conducted at the Yahukimo Student Association, Wamena City, Papua Mountains. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses the analytical technique model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). The results of this research show that the election of village heads in the Yahukimo Regency does not apply Law No. 6 of 2024 concerning villages but uses a system of appointment and confirmation by Yahukimo Regency officials without considering existing legal regulations. This could be due to the game of interests between the regents and deputy regents in the Yahukimo Regency. Human resources, especially village officials in Yahukimo Regency, could be higher, which impacts all village management and services that need to be developed and developed as usual. The management of the village bureaucracy could be better due to a shortage of labor and village heads who spend their time in the city with people's money without considering the community. In addition, the level of community participation could be much higher. This happens because leaders are authoritarian and corrupt and must do important tasks better. Community participation is very important for village development. For this reason, village communities from all groups must be involved in creating, implementing, and evaluating village policies. To ensure that the village head's policies are implemented on target.

This research article investigates the relationship between people marketing strategies and user satisfaction within university libraries in central Uganda. Given the increasing competition among academic libraries for user engagement and service delivery, understanding how people-oriented marketing approaches can enhance user satisfaction becomes crucial. The objectives of this study are: to analyze the people marketing strategies employed by selected university libraries, assess user satisfaction levels, explore the relationship between marketing strategies and user satisfaction, and determine the influence of these strategies on the overall satisfaction of library users. A mixed-methods approach was used, involving quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Findings indicated a positive (0.185-0.509) and significant (P≤0.01) correlation between effective people marketing strategies and higher user satisfaction levels. Staff availability (12.463, P≤0.009), capacity to guide users (3.583, P≤0.000) communication skills (0.605, P≤0.001), effective rapport with users (37.351, P≤0.058), and support in utilization of new technologies (3.283, P≤0.007), among others, were the major determinants of user library satisfaction.
