ABSTRACT
Abstract: Cet article a pour objectif d’examiner, dans une société à organisation sociale à la fois microstructurale et macrostructurale, l’importance et la manifestation verbale du cousinage à plaisanterie sous un angle sociolinguistique et interactionnel. Pour se faire, la collecte de données relatives à ce type de questionnement s’est effectuée sur la base de questionnaire et des observations que nous avons pu faire au niveau social, ethnique et surtout linguistique. Il est donc question de montrer d’abord les différentes relations de cousinage existant au sein de l’ethnie dont la langue constitue le principal médium de communication. Ensuite, nous allons nous intéresser à la dénaturation sémantique de termes et expressions employés dans les activités discursives entre cousins et qui seraient socialement interdis dans un échange entre deux acteurs qui ne sont pas liés par le pacte de parenté à plaisanterie. A partir d’exemples précis, nous tenterons d’interpréter et de mesurer le poids des mots dans les jeux interactifs entre cousins.

Abstract: The global intensity of education continuously nurtures despite of the current pandemic in the new normal modality of teaching which highlights the competency development of education practice. It is imperative that competency based-learning is established through the initiative of the various educational institutions ability and capability. It needs to embrace the engrained opportunities in the curriculum learning design in the new normal and trends that utilize the innovative teaching and learning approaches to ensure competency based-learning and context development. The study examines competency based-learning and quality education that improves the modality of teaching in the new normal and addresses the competency based-learning programs according to the needs of students. The research employs the mixed method with integration of quantitative and qualitative research approach. It provides an opportunity evaluation of mixed methods to contribute in the practice and learning on the implementation of competency based-learning in the new normal modality of teaching. It provides an outcome on achieving the effectiveness of the study. Abstract: This study investigates the empirical effect of school organizational justice (SOJ) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teachers’ performance and proves the theoretical model regarding OCB as a mediator between SOJ and teachers’ performance. A questionnaire collected research data. The questionnaire for all research variables is reliable with an alpha coefficient > .7. The research participant is 455 teachers of the public elementary schools in Indonesia select by accidental sampling. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational matrics. The research result reveals that SOJ and OCB significantly affect teachers’ performance. SOJ is also significantly influenced teachers’ performance. Besides, OCB was significantly indirectly mediating the effect of SOJ on teachers’ performance. The empirical model of SOJ on performance mediating by OCB was confirmed. This model can discuss among researchers and educational practitioners to build models of performance that can adapt as new approaches or strategies to enhancing teachers’ performance. Therefore, the research suggested that the teachers’ performance can improve through SOJ and OCB.

An yi amfani da dabarar mu’amala ta kusa da kuma hira da waɗannan mutane da ake kira Maguzawa daga sassa da dama wanda hakan ya tabbatar da hasashen da ake yi na irin alaƙar da ake hange a tsakanin Maguzawa da giya. Wannan zanari ya gano lungu da saƙo na al’adun Maguzawa waɗanda suka shafi mu’amala da giya. Nazarin ya gano cewa wasu al’adu na Maguzawa ba za su iya gudana ba idan ba a sa giya a ciki ba. Hakan yana faruwa ne saboda muhimmancin da aka ba giyar a wajen aiwatar da al’adun. Nazarin ya fahimci cewa, duk da irin nagartar da ke ga Maguzawa wajen riƙe amana da kyakkyawar mu’amala, hulɗarsu da giya ta sa ‘yan’uwansu Hausawa suka ƙyamace su.
ABSTRACT
Abstract: Background: Education of carcinogens and occupational and environmental cancers to medical sciences students are very important because in the future they can prevent the cancers prevalence in the society. Objective of this study was finding the best way for introduction of occupational and environmental carcinogens to students. Methods: This study was a study which was done by using the occupational health curriculum, the lessons of occupational carcinogen and cancers was taught with attention to educational methods and assessment. Some methods selected for teaching; group (1): evidence based medical education, group (2): group discussion and group (3): teaching to others. Results of exams were compared between three groups of participants, then results of tests and exams were analyzed by SPSS 16, with P<0.05. Results: The total grade of occupational and environmental carcinogens and cancer prevention in group (1) was 17.51±1.09, in group (2) was 16.60±1.01 and in group (3) was 15.54±0.73 had significant differences (P<0.001). The best grade was in group (1) for ultra violet, skin cancer and prevention methods and it had significant difference with P<0.001. Conclusion: According to the total results, evidence based education was the best method for introduction of occupational and environmental carcinogens and cancer prevention.

وبعد، تحاول هذه الدراسة الكشف عن ظاهرة التكرار في ديوان الشاعر محمد الثاني عمر، وتتبع القصائد التي كان لها الأثر الواضح في اكتساب بُعدٍ إيقاعيٍ وجرس موسيقي، وأسهمت في رفد البنية الإيقاعية بشكل عام في تحقيق بعض أغراضها الدلالية، التي حاول الشاعر التعبير عنها وإيصالها للمتلقي.
كما حاولت الدراسة التعرف على أنماط هذه الظاهرة تتمثل بتكرار الصوت، وتكرار اللفظ، وتكرار العبارة... مع التركيز على دور هذه الأنماط في بناء الجملة الشعرية ووظيفتها الإيقاعية، ومدى قدرتها في اكتشاف نفسية الشاعر، وما تركته من أثر الانفعال في نفس السامع والمتلقي بشكل فني مميز

College teachers are the pivot of an educational system. Self-esteem of teachers affects their personal, professional as well as social development, happiness, satisfaction and adjustment. The present study focuses to compare the self-esteem among the three categories of Undergraduate college teachers. Therefore, the present study was designed to find out the self-esteem level of designation-wise college teachers and to find out the difference of self-esteem among designation-wise undergraduate college teachers. For this purpose, total 270 Undergraduate (Associate Professors=90, Assistant Professors= 90 and Part-time & Guest teachers= 90) College teachers were used. Descriptive survey design was used in this study. The data was collected through Random sampling technique and using by Self-esteem scale [1]. Mean, SD, Percentage, ANOVA & t-test were used for analysis the data. The study observed that 51.11% of Associate Professor, 33.33% Assistant Professor and 15.56% part-timer and guest faculty are extremely high Self-esteem. 47.78% Associate Professor, 64.45% Assistant Professor and 70% Part-timer and guest are normal self-esteem. While 1.11% Associate professor 2.22 % Assistant Professor and 14.44% part-timer and guest are low self-esteem. The present study found that there is a significant difference in regard to self-esteem score among designation-wise (Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Part-time and guest faculty) Undergraduate college teachers. The present showed that there is a significant difference in regard to self-esteem score between Associate and Assistant Professors of Undergraduate college. The research found that there is a significant difference in regard to self-esteem score between Associate Professors and Part-time & Guest teachers of Undergraduate college. The study also found that there is a significant difference in regard to self-esteem score between Assistant Professors and Part-time & Guest teachers of Undergraduate college.

The globalization of world economies and the interrelationships with the global environment has given impetus to sustainable development. The overriding importance of this global initiative is to achieve a synergy in local and international policy and legal frameworks which guide development in ways that do not compromise environmental capital for present and future growth. The process leading to this development agenda meant that the countries of the North and South must come to terms with the obvious political, economic and technological landscape that separate them and seek ways to coalesce them. These components of development goals and their overall impact on sustainable development is the focus of this paper.

Teaching and learning in the 21st Century has undergone transformation. Notably, the incorporation of modern technology into teaching and learning has created learning environments where learners are empowered with digital resources that have innovative, collaborative, and participatory opportunities besides many other dynamic learning capabilities. However, there is a need to explore the pedagogical developments around the incorporation of such technology into teaching and learning. This paper examines peer-reviewed research that explores the quality of the framework around technology-enhanced learning environments (TELE’s), their applications, significance, and challenges. The study aims at shaping the understanding of the state of research on technology enhanced learning environments, how it is changing over time and advances a conceptual -driven argument regarding the future of learning in the 21st Century.
