ABSTRACT
Prunus cerasus leaves (PCL) and Chamaemelum nobile stalks (CNS) aqueous extracts have antimicrobial, antioxidant and pharmacological properties. This study aimed to assess PCL and CNS antibacterial effects on both pathogenic strains (Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus). Extraction methods were used for this experiments including maceration, decoction and infusion of aerial plant parts (leaves and stalks). Different concentrations of the aerial plant part aqueous extracts were tested and have shown their antimicrobial activity by spreading method from a well on Mueller-Hinton agar.PCL aqueous extract was active on both bacteria strains with different minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) as follow: 125 < MIC < 375 ×106 μg / ml for S. aureus and 250 < MIC < 500 ×106 μg / ml for E. coli. The strain of E. coli was resistant to both antibiotics used namely AMC and E15 whereas S. aureus was resistant to both antibiotics OX and E15. The antimicrobial activity of PCL was greater than that of CNS aqueous extract with a broader antimicrobial spectrum at lower concentrations. Prunus cerasus and Chamaemelum nobile, as aromatic plants, could be used in alternative medicine and having striking features to prevent urinary tract infections.

ABSTRACT
Physical condition depends on health and nutritional status, whereas, health and security of the street vendors not secure. Subsequently, different studies established that street vendors have important function to accomplish the demands of city residents. Self-rated of health most frequently measured for health observations and for nutritional assessment BMI is most important tool. However, the study aimed to find out the self-rated health and nutritional status of the female street vendors of a daily market near Tatanagar Rail Station, Jamshedpur. Therefore, the authors treated self-rated health (SRH) status as the indicators for measuring health status and BMI as tools of evaluating nutritional status of the studied population. For SRH status and evaluating of BMI, authors followed the category and cut off point given World Health Organization (WHO). Data have been collected on SRH followed the WHO health status levels and anthropometric measurement taken by using of anthropometer. Therefore, present study exposed that the nutritional status of the female street vendors very poor. Furthermore, anthropological perspective of the study exhibits that majority of the female street vendors surviving their livelihood with poor health status because most of the female street vendors are illiterate and the majority of the respondents belonging into poor schedule tribal families. ABSTRACT
Introduction: Thematic Apperception Test probes the psychodynamics of the individual’s personality . It is the projective technique commonly used in clinical and non clinical settings. It reveals the action and counteraction of the forces depicting needs, wishes , desires, conflicts, anxieties and defenses of individual’s personality. Objectives: To assess and compare the psychodynamics of 25 years male substance users. Methods: In this present study a comparison was made between two 25 years male substance users. TAT was administered on them after detoxification phases. Results: Findings highlighted one person(Brown Sugar Addict) has adequate self-image, perceives the environment as friendly and congenial. He reveals need for achievement and recognition. He has autonomy/compliance conflict and defenses he recourses to sublimation. While other person( Buprenorphine addict) shows degraded self-image , need for achievement fused with aggression . Conflict between intra-extra aggression results in isolation and withdrawal tendency. Conclusion: Thus it could be concluded that TAT reveals covert and overt personality dynamics beautifully by story telling . The present study follows the steps in this direction. Further replication is needed for confirmation of the present study.

ABSTRACT
Context: In the last decade, the use of adhesive elastic bandages have become much more common. However, evidence indicates it prevents injuries has not been demonstrated. Purpose: Application of NMB (Kinesio-Tape) in the lateral group of the leg increases dynamic postural control of the inferior extremity in unipodal support. Results: Exits a statistically significant difference in the simplified SEBT performance that is achieved in the 3 reach directions under assessment when it is evaluated immediately after application of the bandage. Conclusions: Neuromuscular bandage has demonstrated significantly increased stability of the joint.

ABSTRACT
This study assessed the anti-oxidative potentials of ethanol seed extract of Cola lepidota in High Fat Fed (HFD) female Wistar Albino rats. Thirty (30) apparently healthy female albino wistar rats weighing between 80 – 90g were divided into five (5) equal groups for the study which lasted for 90 days. Group I which served as negative control was fed with 200g of normal rat chow and water daily. Group II which served as positive control received 200g of high fat diet (HFD) daily. Group III received 200g of HFD for the first 30 days and 200g of HFD + 300mg/kg of extract for the remaining 60 days. Group IV received 200g of HFD for the first 30 days and 200g of HFD + 300mg/kg of ascorbic acid for the remaining 60 days. Group V received 200g of HFD for the first 30 days and 200g of HFD + 300mg/kg of extract + 300mg/kg of ascorbic acid for the remaining 60 days. All administrations were done orally; standard analytical methods were used for the determination of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, serum malondialdehyde (MDA) level, serum catalase activity and whole blood glutathione (GSH) level.
