ABSTRACT
In a natural way, wound healing is slow phenomenon and sometimes may become long lasting with a long clinical course there by causing constant liberation of inflammatory modulators that cause pain and redness. Wound healing begins at the time of injury and can vary in length depending on the severity of the wound. The wound healing process can be divided into three stages: the inflammatory stage, the growth stage, and finally the remodeling stage, which determines the strength and appearance of the healed tissue. In the present work an attempt had been made to evaluate wound healing potential of Simple ointment base B.P was applied on control group rats. Cipladine (Povidone-Iodine IP 5% w/w, Batch no. UZ300) ointment was applied on standard group rats. Ointments with different extracts concentrations i.e. 0.5% (w/w), 1% (w/w) and 2% (w/w) assimilated in simple ointment base were applied on test group rats, in each model.

ABSTRACT
The choosing wisely initiative of the Adaa program, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aimed to improve physician-patient interaction to plan their care while avoiding the unnecessary and inappropriate tests, treatments, and procedures that increase the cost while adding no benefit in the health-related outcome of the patient. Of the many avoidable treatment medications, the one noted and selected is the over and misuse of esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), used for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastric ulcers, etc. The drug is commonly prescribed in clinical practice in general and over-the-counter in specific. As the published literature reports major adverse events associated with the drug, there is a need for a controlled prescription in selected cases to avoid its overprescription. In compliance with the choosing wisely initiative of Adaa health, we surveyed a regional secondary care facility (Baish General Hospital) after a twelve-week rigorous health education program for physicians and patients and concluded a substantial reduction in the prescription of esomeprazole. The survey findings; indicate the beneficial effects of teaching programs on avoidable treatment options to opt for suitable alternatives which will be both productive and cost-effective.

ABSTRACT
Alzheimer's disease is a neurological disorder that causes the brain to gradually and irreversibly shrink, atrophy, and die. There is no successful treatment for Alzheimer's disease to this day that makes it necessary to reduce its occurrence rather than treat the disease after it has occurred. Therefore, it became necessary and priority to focus on preventing it and knowing the causes that lead to the deterioration of the brain after it was fully active and strong. Back in the early stages of brain development in which food plays an important role. The focus comes on the important elements and materials that increase intelligence, skills, brilliance of thinking and memory, which continue with the person throughout his life after feeding him with important functional elements and vitamins. It is noted that with the development and increase of processed and refined food items that have recently entered the human body, there has been a significant increase and acceleration in the incidence of Alzheimer's disease at alarming and frightening rates. It has become worth reconsidering what we eat and focusing on the right food and its goal as one of the factors affecting the health of brain cells. Therefore nutritional awareness has become essential and nutritional supplementation is essential for a certain age as a fighter and as a preventer before contracting the disease.
