ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of revenue realization, changes in the budget, the amount of the budget and the remaining budget on the regional treasury at the end of the year . The study was conducted on 23 district / city governments in Aceh during 2011-2015. The research employed secondary data obtained from the financial statements and budget documents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the realization of revenue, the amount of the budget and the remaining budget have a positive effect on the regional treasury at the end of the year, On contrary, the change in the budget affected negatively on the regional treasury.

ABSTRACT
This aims of the research is to examine the influence of competence, objectivity, and auditor ethics on audit quality produced by Pidie and Pidie Jaya District inspectorates. The study population were 73 auditors working in Pidie and Pidie Jaya districts’ inspectorate offices in 2017. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that competency, objectivity, and ethics have a significantly positive effect on audit quality, either using simultaneous or partial statistical testing.

ABSTRACT
The Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia said that there were approximately Rp. 160 billion in the distribution of the first phase of the 2017 fiscal year which was not absorbed from a total of Rp. 36 Trillion or around 60% of the total village budget funds sourced from the State Budget. The results of the evaluation of village fund disbursement by the Ministry of Finance conveyed that the late distribution of village funds from the RKUN to RKUD beyond semester 1 (one) had narrowed the time of absorption / use / implementation of the budget by the village government. The Desa (village) government in Banda Aceh has a record of the delay in the distribution of village funds and the Gompong Fund Allocation from the Regional General Cash Account (RKUD) to the Cash Desa Account (RKD / RKG) from 2015 to 2017 as reported by a number of print media and electronic.In the Guidelines for Guidance and Village Financial Management Consultation issued by the Financial and Development Supervisory Board of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015, it was stated that the human resources factor was one of the important factors in managing village finance, especially in terms of implementing the village budget. ABSTRACT
This study analyzed the efforts of the Balinese and Gorontalo ethnic in creating harmony in transmigration lands. This case study research involved students of the State Islamic University of Sultan Amai Gorontalo through an integrated social work lecture program. Data collection was carried out ethnographically through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis was through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The researchers found two strategic aspects carried out by Balinese and Gorontalo ethnic groups in Raharja village to create harmony, namely distributing roles in village governance in a balanced way, and opening tolerance of local culture, especially in labeling settlements and youth organizations. With such efforts, local cultural symbols link harmoniously without anyone being disturbed.
