ABSTRACT
We report the case of a right diaphragmatic rupture associated with bilateral hemothorax and hemoperitoneum following closed thoracoabdominal trauma in an 11-year-old adolescent. The diagnosis was made intraoperatively. Treatment consisted of a simple abdominal suture and thoracic drainage. The post-operative course was straightforward.

ABSTRACT
Supracondylar fractures of the humerus in children are the most common fracture of the elbow. Our work is based on the study of 120 cases of supracondylar humeral fractures collected in the surgery department of the Errachidia Regional Hospital Center between January 2015 and June 2020. The average age of the patients was 6 years old, occurring in 69.1% of cases in boys. The left elbow was most affected (60%), the limb being in flexion in 85.8% of cases. The etiologies were dominated by domestic accidents (70%), with stage III fractures the most frequent (37.5%). Orthopedic treatment was used in 40% of patients and surgery in 60%. Results were satisfactory in 95.9%, poor in 4.1%. The poor results were mainly observed in highly displaced fractures.

ABSTRACT
Foamy gland carcinoma is a variant of prostatic acinar adenocarcinoma characterized by abundant, foamy cytoplasm, frequently showing small, pyknotic nuclei. Foamy gland carcinoma may be deceptively benign appearing and missed on needle biopsy. Most foamy gland carcinomas are Gleason score 6 or 7, although Gleason score 8-10 carcinomas have been reported. Its occurrence is extremely rare. Prognosis depends on the Gleason score and the presence or absence of perineural or extra prostatic extension. Treatment modalities of foamy gland adenocarcinoma are a similar to that of usual acinar adenocarcinoma. We report an extremely rare case of foamy gland adenocarcinoma of the prostate associated with high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia lesion on TRUS core needle biopsy in a 78-year-old man presented with history of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) during the last 6 months. Digital rectal examination: the prostate was enlarged, firm in consistency, non-tender, but with a nodule on its left base. Serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) was 19 ng/mL. Prostate RMI showed a PIRADS 4 lesion on the left base of the prostate. TRUS-guided core biopsy was performed. Pathology report of the prostate cores found foamy gland adenocarcinoma; Gleason score 9 (4 +5) with presence of high-grade PIN lesion. The Bone scan and chest/abdomen CT scan were unremarkable. There were a significant relief of his LUTS under alpha-blockers. After discussion of all the management options, the patient chose a simple surveillance with a close follow-up for LUTS and PSA every 3months and thereafter acting accordingly.

ABSTRACT
The aim was to evaluate the postnatal consultation (CPON) according to WHO recommendations at the maternity ward of the Kalaban Coro reference health centre in Bamako (Mali). Material and Method: This was a cross-sectional study with prospective collection from May 21 to July 21, 2018, i.e. a period of 2 months. Results: In our study, we recorded a total of 440 deliveries who were seen in postnatal consultations. When this number is compared to the total number of deliveries, this gives a postnatal consultation completion rate of 56.4% (782). Of the 440 women, 390 performed all three recommended CPON (88.4%). Fifty (50) women gave birth performed only the first CPON while only 2 completed the first and second CPON. There were no significant differences between women receiving CPON based on medical and obstetric history The factors influencing the occurrence of neonatal death in this work were: adolescence (<20 years); the emergency reference, the existence of high blood pressure in the mother and premature delivery. Less than 5% of neonatal deaths were recorded during our study the number of women seen at the first, second and third postnatal visits were 440, 392 and 388 respectively. There was no association between antenatal consultation rank and the woman's age, education and occupation. Primigestity, the existence of high blood pressure during pregnancy and reference during labour were the three main factors associated with the occurrence of maternal complications after multivariate analysis.

ABSTRACT
Pancreatic cysts are usually asymptomatic over 70% of the time. They can be benign or malignant. Enhanced imaging modalities and increased usage of routine imaging have increased the identification of pancreatic cysts. If symptomatic, abdominal pain or back pain, unexplained weight loss, jaundice, steatorrhea or palpable mass are usually the presenting complaints. Pancreatic cysts are typically assessed by crosssectional computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In this article, we present a case of a 55-year-old female with a large pancreatic pseudocyst, initially measured 27 cm x 23 cm, who was subsequently admitted to our unit and managed successfully. Exploratory laparotomy and pancreatic cystogastrostomy. It is rare to come across a pseudocyst of such large dimensions. Despite its large size, the patient presented with vague abdominal pain as the only chief complaint. The unusual presentation of symptoms and the enormous size of the pseudocyst make this a unique case. Managing giant pancreatic pseudocysts can be complex, as seen in this scenario by the multiple approaches attempted to treat the Pancreatic cysts.
