ABSTRACT
The article examines the issues of the possibility of studying the areas of development by soil erosion and its control. The study proved that the development of soil erosion is based on the forming impact of natural and anthropogenic factors. The degree of potential danger and the possibility of prevention, taking into account the preservation of the environmental situation in the foothills of the Upper Shirvan in the example of the Shamakhi district of the Republic of Azerbaijan, were studied. The main tasks of the study were a determination of the amount and degree of development of eroded and erosion-prone soils of the foothill zones carried out on the basis of soil erosion surveys of the farms of the republic.

ABSTRACT
The palm sugar industry is one type of small industry that grows in rural areas. The palm sugar industry has been driving rural economy from subsistence to semi-commercial patterns. The palm sugar industry uses raw materials from palm sugar. Palm juice is produced from palm trees. There are 2 techniques in tapping palm sap, namely single tapping and double tapping. This study focuses on the palm sugar industry that uses multiple tapping technology. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a population of 31 people. The results showed that the palm sugar industry with double tapping technology is profitable with an income ratio and costs more than one. This shows that double tapping by utilizing stamens and vistil interest in tapping the sap can increase the crafter's income.

ABSTRACT
Palm sugar agro-industry occupies an important position in the family economic patterns of rural communities. This study aims to know development strategy palm sugar. The method used is the method of survey, study sites are set purposive. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Basic of stratification is an amount of raw material use palm (Arrenga pinnata Merr) juice. In the third year plus convenient sampling method. The research was conducted in the Cimenga Cijaku Lebak. Modeling analysis tools to acquire agroindustrial development strategies used SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats). The results showed: (1) Internal factors provide a response to the palm sugar craft 2.48, the highest response to the craft of palm sugar is a characteristic of the product (product quality). (2) provide a response to external factors palm sugar craft 2.50, the highest response against palm sugar craft is the population growth. (3) strategies that can be taken for the palm sugar craft is the hold and maintenance development strategy focused on/improving and maintaining quality product of palm sugar with labeling, registration number, and expiration date, form a management group, especially with the establishment marketing cooperatives, utilization of research results and create a pilot project on integration on agribusiness palm (Arrenga pinata Merr), and political will of government.

ABSTRACT
The aim of the study is to study the intensification of erosion processes on gray-brown or gray-brown soils in the sown areas of mountainous agricultural land in the southeastern part of the Greater Caucasus, in particular, as well as the quality indicators of the plants grown here, as well as a decrease in soil productivity and productivity. the role of the environment in the deterioration of environmental safety, as well as the study of existing problems, mainly soil erosion and the study of types of soil erosion. This work, accompanied by the practice of eliminating the current situation, is the main reason for the widespread use of the results in the country.

ABSTRACT
The results of the study revealed that the mismatch intensity rain rate of water absorption into the soil formation of a surface relief and soil erosion, uneven and shallow soaking imperfection open irrigation system at a superficial irrigation, the need for different irrigation methods in the growing and not growing periods, low coefficient land utilization, high cost of irrigation and other features are, to a certain extent in conflict with the requirements of watering cultivated with techniques for / of crops in an area at the deep groundwater.
