ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of waste management policies at the Final Processing Site based on Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2012 in Probolinggo Regency, as well as to describe and analyze the factors facilitating and impeding the implementation of waste management policies at the Final Processing Site. This investigation employed a qualitative methodology based on Probolinggo Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2012. The results indicated that the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2012 concerning Trash Management at the Environmental Service of Probolinggo Regency was successful, particularly regarding waste processing at the Final Processing Site. The execution of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2012 concerning Waste Management in the Probolinggo Regency is driven by the availability of competent human resources, the application of good SOPs, and the use of functional waste processing devices. Inhibiting factors include the lack of public awareness regarding waste management, budgetary limits, and the requirement for the modernization of waste processing devices. This study aims to analyze and describe the Implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) policy in the Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency, as well as to identify the factors supporting the Implementation of the PATEN policy in the Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency. This study employs an explicative qualitative methodology. This study was conducted in Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province, particularly in the Pajarakan District, which is also a region where Probolinggo Regent Regulation No. 30 of 2015 is implemented. The results indicate that, on average, respondents are satisfied with the offered services; however, there are still deficiencies that must be evaluated to deliver the highest level of service. Thus, the system and procedure for implementing PATEN must conform to the established provisions. The proposed rules are based on government regulations and must be implemented by the applicable policies. The results of the subsequent analysis indicate that PATEN is hindered by factors such as the provision of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the lack of responsiveness of officers in receiving customer complaints, the condition of solutions that are still difficult for customers to implement, the provision of less skilled and friendlier services, and the provision of time-consuming services. Still quite a while. However, there are also several supporting elements, such as the conformance of offered services to applicable procedures, the simplicity of meeting administrative requirements, and customer satisfaction with service receipt.

The destination of this research is to produce a CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability). Pariwisata information system to expand the tourism market segmentation to make it easier for tourists who have limited time and have difficulty finding information about tourist attractions to no longer experience obstacles. This online site has special specifications by offering several advantages, including being able to see CHSE practices and marketed tourist attractions. This study uses the Waterfall Method a sequential software development process, passing through the phases of planning, modelling, implementation, and testing. In its development, the waterfall method has several stages such as a waterfall from top to bottom while from bottom to top coherently: requirements, system design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance. The results of this study meet the need for information on recreational areas that are healthy and safe, good, conducive, and not only limited to certain locations making this CHSE information system an important contribution to expanding tourism market segmentation. It is easy to get and reach the information needs of recreational offerings for people who come from outside the city of East Java. For the realization of the CHSE information system, its application requires the readiness of human resources and the availability of information technology infrastructure for smooth transactions and personal interaction with buyers (customers). Future research needs to complement the e-payment payment system to provide convenience in conducting transactions.

The study explored the effect of bookkeeping on SME performance in Munuki Payam-Juba Central Equatoria State, South Sudan. The study adopted a descriptive cross-sectional design and a respondent of 99 owner managers of SMEs where considered. The study tested three null hypotheses: (i) Budgeting has no significant effect on SME performance in Munuki Payam-Juba Central Equatoria State, South Sudan, (ii) Tax compliance has no significant effect on SME performance in Munuki Payam-Juba Central Equatoria State, South Sudan, and (iii) Decision making has no significant effect on SME performance in Munuki Payam-Juba Central Equatoria State, South Sudan. The first null hypothesis was accepted, while both the second and third were rejected. The conclusion was made that bookkeeping significantly effects SME performance in Munuki Payam-Juba Central Equatoria State, South Sudan [F (1, 97) = 22.293, p < 0.05; R2 = 0.947]. Recommendations were given with regards to Owner manger training and government policy to enhance book keeping in order to improve SME performance. The study has attempted to respond to the call of Ahuja (2009) and Nyaga (2019) with regards to effect of book keeping in SME performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the following: Description of human capital and organizational capital in SMEs in Makassar City. Regulations Number 20 of 2008 explains several vital points that serve as guidelines for empowering small and medium-sized businesses: creating a balanced, developing, and equitable economic structure for all; human capital is an added value for actors in conducting business. Organizational capital is the attitude, demeanour, and promptness in customer service that makes consumers feel cared about. Based on the Slovin formula and the population of 995 SMEs in the city of Makassar, 167 SME managers constitute the sample for this study. Several recommendations can be made based on the findings of this study for the government/policymakers, SMEs, and future research. In order to increase their competitive advantage, SMEs are expected to continually strive to increase their intellectual capital (human capital, organizational capital) while also continuing to innovate in various areas, including product innovation, organizational innovation, and marketing innovation.

Financial failure assessment is a very significant and extensively discussed topic in international academic study. In Kenya, the research that has been conducted on forecasting unsuccess SMEs was concentrated on modelling approaches using outdated techniques. The outdated approaches, is still the currently type of the disloyalty applied is limited to qualitative financial variables. It is important to look back that these characteristics of different values have been criticized for dual motives: first of all, was initiated in static way for financial information and accounting, which means that it is changeless or consistent. Secondary, the financial information and accounting dependability offering to decision-makers. This research describes an assessment of the literature on the significant of uncompromising variabilities in the expansion or growth of innovation and numerous effectual prediction model. It is evidently that the great value of unfinancial dependability in the procedure for increasing additional appropriate forecasting models. Locavores is a term often using to describe a person who diet consists only or principally of locally grown or produced food. There are numerous definitions of "local food," but the concept is primarily based on distance. Many people prefer to buy food locally, beginning in their own community and progressing to the region, province, country, and so on. Consumption of local food products is defined as products manufactured in a given geographical space using methods, tools, and unique materials to that space. This research focuses on local food products and the objective of this study is to identify the various types of local food selections in Kenya, additionally, assessing the factors that influence them. The research problem was to identify the measurements of the population’s growing interest in its products and determine whether it’s unpremeditated option, abetted by external stimuli or reasoned choice. The investigation was conducted on an exploratory study with twenty semi-structured interviews, and we used the quantitative research with 860 respondents. The individual motivations have a positive effect on reasoned choices; marketing stimuli, on the other hand, only have an effect on assisted and spontaneously option. Collective motivations have no effect on rational decision. Individual motivations trump reasoned choice, indicating that socially responsible consumption linked to well-being is the most developed.

The novel 2019 coronavirus (Covid-19) was first appeared in China as a contagious upper respiratory disease. The disease has since spread worldwide showing one of the utmost serious global health crises in history, with high socio-economic costs. While the health effects were directly through contamination, the economic impacts were largely a consequence of the preventive rules adopted by the respective governments to limit the spread including the closing of their borders and partial or total lockdowns of economies which among other things, have seen the temporary closure of businesses, schools and social services. Therefore, these rules have generated important setbacks for Africa’s economies mostly in terms of lost productivity and trade both within and among countries. Precisely, these rules have importantly strained practically all key growth enhancing sectors of many economies, and ultimately, on their overall income. Thus, different institutions in governments of Africa countries have put forward estimates of the anticipated economic losses that could follow the introduction of government measures to restraint the Covid-19 pandemic. Although its impact on the world’s health systems including the rise in mortalities, and the economic toll is still unclear as the world faces an extraordinary global recession. The objective of this study is to look into the factors that influence the resilience of SMEs in Kenya during the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics, technology use, government support, and governance factors on risk management, which in turn ensures the resilience of SMEs. As a result, we used the structural equation method and the SMART PLS3 software to conduct a quantitative analysis of 80 Kenya’s SMEs. Our findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics, governance factors, and crisis management.

This study's objectives were to describe individual characteristics and commitment to Effectiveness, to test and analyze the effect of individual characteristics and work environment simultaneously on performance, to examine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics and work environment partially on performance, and to identify the most influential variables on the performance of Army Wife Union (AWU) Ardhya Garini Kodik and Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta. Quantitative research is employed, i.e., research that has a hypothesis and requires statistical techniques to establish the hypothesis; causal-comparative research is the sort of research. This study was carried out at Kodikau Halim Perdana Kusuma in Jakarta. This study found that good attitudes and interests can contribute to favourable individual characteristics among AWU members Ardhya Garini Kodik and Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta, as indicated by their positive responses. The efficacy of the bank's organization is determined by its ability to accomplish organizational functions in line with set goals and applicable requirements, as well as its adaptability, job satisfaction, and sense of responsibility. Individual qualities are the most prominent and influential of the assessed components affecting the performance of an organization. Thus, the development in organizational performance at AWU Ardhya Garini Kodik at Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta is heavily influenced by skills and dispositions. Location This investigation was conducted at Kartika Husada Health Unit of Regional Military Command XII/Tanjungpura Hospital, Pontianak. The selection of this study site is predicated on the field of Human Resources research in community service, which will be satisfying if the staff of Kartika Husada Hospital Health Unit of Regional Military Command XII/Tanjungpura Pontianak are highly motivated and responsible. Utilizing two independent variables and one dependent variable, the research employs a quantitative design and a causal-comparative methodology. According to the findings of this study, hospital staff at Kartika Husada Health Unit of Regional Military Command XII/Tanjungpura Pontianak have a favourable impression of workplace conflict.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of motivation, work discipline, and organizational culture's effects on performance, analyze the significance level of motivation, work discipline, and organizational culture simultaneously on performance, analyze the significance level of motivation, work discipline, and organizational culture partially on performance, and analyze which variables of motivation, work discipline, and organizational culture have the most significant influence on performance. This study employs a quantitative approach, with research conducted at the Indonesian Air Force Halim Perdana Kusuma Dispers Base in Jakarta. The location of this research was chosen based on the field of Human Resources researchers who are interested in helping the community. It will be satisfied if members of the dispers of the Indonesian Air Force Base Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta are highly motivated and have an excellent organizational culture. This study's findings indicate that motivation and work discipline has a significant and positive influence on organizational culture, motivation and work discipline have a significant and positive influence on performance, and motivation and work discipline have a significant and positive influence on organizational culture.
