ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the business licensing service policy through the Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS-RBA) for MSMEs in the Pasuruan District Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP). The research location was conducted is located at the One Stop Investment and Services Agency (DPMPTSP) Pasuruan Regency, East Java. Because there were complaints from several business actors about the lack of optimal business licensing and unclear licensing procedures, which made them feel dissatisfied business actors complained on official social media accounts. Research results found DPMPTSP Pasuruan Regency prioritizes business licensing through OSS-RBA with appropriate procedures from BKPM. However, significant obstacles in the business licensing process include legal uncertainty, system compatibility issues, and a need for more knowledge among business actors. However, this obstacle can be overcome by the DPMPTSP of Pasuruan Regency, which prioritizes the OSS-RBA application as the primary licensing system.

ABSTRACT
In the current renovation process, the education sector in general and universities in particular are innovating in terms of educational contents, programs, and methods in the direction of capacity development for students. Improve the quality of human resource training to meet social needs. The development of soft skills for students in higher education institutions is one of the objective requirements and needs attention. This article points out the role of soft skills for accounting students in the context of digital transformation. At the same time, the article also proposes some basic solutions to develop soft skills in the context of digital transformation towards output standards to meet the needs of accounting students as well as employers labor use.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to study the implementation study of the Malang Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2019 concerning the position and organizational structure of the Duties, Functions, and Work Procedures of the Cooperative, Industry, and Trade Offices as a government organization that is obliged and has the authority to control street vendors (street vendors) in Malang City. The research location was conducted in Pasar Besar, around Jalan Kyai Tamin, Zaenul Arifin, Jalan Sersan Harun Malang City, and government agencies, namely Diskoperindag (Office of Cooperatives and SMEs, Industry and Trade) Malang City as the agency responsible for the development of street vendors. Research results found The results of this study indicate the level of effectiveness and efficiency in organizing PKL coaching, Diskoperindag can be said to be not optimal or not sufficiently implementable to describe the implementation of Malang Mayor Regulation Number 73 of 2019 concerning position, organizational structure, duties and functions and work procedures for cooperative, industry and trade services, structuring street vendors with the currently existing conditions. The government is making every effort to carry out guidance and counseling to street vendors in the Pasar Besar City of Malang regularly according to what is stated in the Regional Regulation. Several internal and external primary factors from the receiving party or street vendors cause this.

ABSTRACT
Employees who are very crucial for almost all organizations have some things that can trigger them to perform well, one of such thing is perceived organizational prestige (POP). Hence, this study sought to examine perceived external prestige as a measure of POP and how it affects organizational identity. The work adopted a survey research design. The area of the study is Anambra State and the population consisted of 11298 non-academic staff at public universities in Anambra State. A sample size of 371 was used and the instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire. Simple regression analysis was used in data analysis and the hypothesis was tested at a 5% level of significance. The findings showed a high degree of relationship between the variables and that 91% change in organizational identity is accounted for by changes in the PEP (R = .956; R-square = .914 p-value < 0.05). The study, therefore, concluded that POP plays a sterling role in determining the identification of the employees in the organization. Hence, it was recommended among others that in addition to treating the employees well, the organizations and their management should try its possible best to also mould a positive image in the mind of the public and the family members of the employees.

ABSTRACT
Mobile banking refers to any private or commercial transaction in which a bank or financial institution transfers ownership of or rights to use money (hard or soft), and which is made possible by the use of mobile devices with wireless access technology. It can conduct financial transactions even without a physical branch. Objective: To identify the uses and purpose of Mobile banking systems and share some new concepts regarding Mobile banking system in Bangladesh. Materials and Methods: The necessary data was acquired from people of various ages and evaluated in light of the objectives of the study. The basis for this inquiry was field data. The investigation's principal sampling technique was cluster sampling. 120 respondents were interviewed in various locations around Dhaka city using both primary and secondary sources. Secondary data were used to give the study topic's theoretical perspective. Using column charts, the data analysis has been graphically presented. The data was analyzed using Microsoft Word and Excel. Results: The majority of respondents (82.1%) are in the 20–30 age bracket. According to the findings, young people and adults prefer using e-banking and e-payment services the most. About 72.1% of the respondents are service holder followed by 18.6% are students. 22% of respondents utilize rocket, followed by 58% who use Bkash. The majority of respondents (78%) only use mobile banking for personal purchases. Conclusion: The billion individuals globally without bank accounts who use mobile banking may find it to be a strong method to conduct cashless transactions.
