ABSTRACT
This study focuses on analytical solution of a fractional Pennes bioheat transfer equation on skin tissue. The method of separating variables, finite Fourier sine transformation, Laplace transformation and their corresponding inverse transforms are used to solve this equation with three kinds of nonhomogeneous boundary conditions, namely, Dirichlet, Neumann and Robin boundary value conditions. The exact solutions are discussed and derived in the form of generalized Mittag-Leffler function. In addition, numerical results are presented graphically for various values of order factional derivative.

ABSTRACT
The integrated education from secondary vocational education to undergraduate education means the integration between secondary vocational education and applied undergraduate education. Secondary vocational students can be promoted to undergraduates by upgrading examination after graduation. Automobile engine structure and principle is a compulsory professional course for undergraduate students majoring in automobile service engineer in Shanghai University of Engineering Science, and also is the core professional course of Shanghai City Science and Technology School. It is only different in teaching emphasis in different stages, but for the moment there are still lots of repetitive contents. By sorting out the knowledge points of the curriculum, designing the course contents at different stages and reforming the teaching methods on the basis of the specific course contents, the teaching effect of automobile engine structure and principle in the integrated education from secondary vocational education to undergraduate education will be greatly improved, so as to cultivate talents and promote the further development of the integrated education from secondary vocational education to undergraduate education.

ABSTRACT
The abundance of POFA as an agricultural waste makes it a promising candidate to be used as a supplementary cementations for palm oil producing countries. This study investigates the effectiveness of agro waste ash by-product Palm Oil Fuel Ash (POFA) as an alternative material to replace portland cement (OPC). Experimentals work were carried out by supplementing cement by weight in concrete mixes with POFA at 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% The POFA as a partial replacement in aerated concrete slump test, compressive strength test and splitting tensile test strength were investigated. Portland cement (grade 42.5) was replaced by weight while 20% of POFA aluminum powder (AP) was used to make aerated concrete at 0.3% and 1%. The compressive strength of UPOFA with increase in aluminium powder and the presence of aluminum powder does not have any significant effect on portland cement for the splitting tensile test, but presence of POFA caused decreases in its splitting tensile strength, GPOFA shows lesser tensile strength with increase in AP than that of UPOFA. This study implies that POFA is a good candidate for various applications and highlight the potential of POFA as an effective pozzolan which could enhance the sustainability and economic aspect of concrete.

ABSTRACT
The issue of awarding projects to the best contractors has been a big challenge in Nigeria, mostly, awarding of contracts are based on sentiments and lowest bidder because there is no regulating system that buttresses qualified contractors automatically, resulting to contracts been removed from a contractor and re-awarded to another due to the lapses seen on the part of the contractor after awarding of contract and the project execution in progress, this has adverse effect on the economy of our country, as time and resources has been wasted and the continue wasting these resources attract negative name to the country. Research has shown that though prequalification system has been in place, the system has not been automated as to have a backup knowledge of existing contractor before time. Contractor prequalification is an information gathering and assessment process that determines a contractor's capability, capacity, resources, management processes, and performance. The existing prequalification system only exists when there is available project and had always been manipulated because it is not automated. Based on the challenges faced due to non-existing automated system, this research has been put in place which harnesses these challenges by building an automated contractor prequalification system. The system has an updated record of all subscribed/registered contractors, the administers makes necessary routine survey to authenticate the information presented during the registration and updates. A simulated automated system of the contractor prequalification system was built using Java programming language and mysql wampserver as the database.
