ABSTRACT
The teacher workforce is a decisive factor in the success of education innovation and contributes to improving the quality of education in primary schools, especially those with ethnic minority students. This article has identified the factors that affect the training of primary school teachers in ethnic minority areas; analyzed the current situation of teacher training activities in primary schools with a high number of S'Tieng ethnic students. Based on that, the article proposes 5 solutions to improve the quality of teacher training activities to meet the teaching needs in primary schools with S'Tieng ethnic students.

ABSTRACT
The study was confined to determine the perceptions of the three hundred ten teachers on the level of implementation and engagement of the parents, students and other stakeholders in the crisis response management for COVID-19 of secondary schools in the thirteen Districts of Department of Education Division of Zambales, Philippines during the school year 2021-2022. This study employed a descriptive research designed and utilized a survey questionnaire as a research instrument. The statistical treatment of this study used a descriptive statistical tools such as frequency, percentage and mean, while ANOVA and Pearson r were the inferential statistics employed. The study showed that majority of the respondents are female, in their middle adulthood, Baccalaureate degree holders with master’s units, Teacher I, lower middle income earners and attended at least three trainings related to disaster management. For the teachers, the School Contingency Plan was a highly implemented aspect of Crisis Response Management for COVID-19; and the teachers observed that the other stakeholders were engaged towards implementation crisis response. The ANOVA computation showed that there is significant difference on the perception of teachers on the level of implementation of School Contingency Plan aspect of Crisis Response Management for COVID-19 in terms of sex; there is significant difference on the perception on the level of implementation of Mental Health Actions in terms of number of trainings related to disaster management; and there is significant difference on the perception on the level of implementation of School Recovery Plans in terms of age and sex. There is significant difference on the teachers’ perception on the other stakeholders’ engagement in terms of number of trainings related to disaster management. The Pearson-r computation showed a significant moderate positive relationship between the level of implementation and level of engagement towards crisis retort .......

ABSTRACT
This article focuses on researching methods to train primary school teachers to improve the quality of education at the primary level. The article analyzes the current situation of teacher training and proposes some suitable methods to train primary school teachers. Training primary school teachers is essential for them to update their knowledge and skills in teaching, as well as to improve their classroom management and build good relationships with students and parents. However, the current situation of teacher training still has many limitations, such as a shortage of resources and funding to organize in-depth training courses. The article concludes that training primary school teachers is very important and plays a decisive role in the quality of education at the primary level. There is a need for careful investment and development of suitable methods to help teachers improve their skills and enhance the quality of teaching.

ABSTRACT
Currently, the fundamental and comprehensive renovation of general education has shifted from focusing on knowledge transmission to developing students' abilities and qualities. Quality competence is developed throughout the subjects and educational activities from elementary to high school. This article will focus on clarifying several theoretical issues in the education of quality and responsibility for 1st graders in teaching Ethics such as the nature of responsible quality education for 1st graders, content quality education of responsibility in teaching Ethics grade 1, methods and forms of organization of responsible quality education for students in grade 1.

ABSTRACT
A scientific article explores the role of extracurricular activities in primary education, highlighting their potential benefits for children's physical, social, creative, and academic development. The article emphasizes that extracurricular activities provide a well-rounded education for children and can help them develop important skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership. The article also notes that participation in extracurricular activities can promote academic success by improving time-management and organizational skills, fostering responsibility, and enhancing overall attitudes towards learning. Based on these findings, the article recommends that schools should encourage and support extracurricular activities to promote the holistic development of children in primary education.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to explain and explain the impact of the competence of Civil Servants on performance at the Regional Secretariat by their current position (based on Probolinggo Regent Regulation number: 76 of 2020 concerning Competency Development for Civil Servants within the Probolinggo Regency Government). Methods this research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach. A qualitative approach is considered appropriate in this study because it is easier when facing reality, can directly represent the principle of the relationship between researchers and research subjects, is more sensitive, and is more able to adapt to the many sharpening joint influences on the value patterns encountered. Research locations are conducted in the Regional Secretariat of Probolinggo Regency. Research results found that the influence of the competence of Civil Servants in the Secretariat of the Probolinggo Regency Government is directly proportional to performance, meaning that if competence is high, then the performance is above expectations. This is following Probolinggo Regent Regulation number: 76 of 2020 concerning Competency Development for Civil Servants in the Probolinggo Regency Government in article (8) paragraph (1) point (a).
