ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to investigate the condition of organizational commitment, competence, OCB and employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the effect of competency on employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee OCB. The object of this research is organizational commitment and competence towards OCB and its implications on employee performance. The results show that organizational commitment, competency, OCB and employee performance are going well, there is an influence of organizational commitment, competency towards employee OCB, OCB influence on employee performance, there is an influence of organizational commitment and competence on employee performance and there is an influence of organizational commitment and competence on employee performance through employee OCB.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work attitudes and OCB on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance of the financing regulatory agency of Aceh. The study conducted of 327 employees of the institution. Data collected by questionnaire, and structural equation model (SEM) is operationalized to analyze the data. The study found that organizational commitment, work attitudes and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The job satisfaction mediates the effect of the three exogenous variable on the employee performance. The mediating effect of job satisfaction as a intervening variable is partial mediation.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to find out:the perceived value of customer loyalty to stay and investigate the influence of trust on customer loyalty to stay, the perceived value on customer satisfaction overnight, trust on customer satisfaction overnight, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty to stay, perceived value on consumer loyalty through overnight customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction staying at the Hotel.The object of this research is the perception of value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to stay overnight. The results of the study prove that descriptively the perception of value, trust, customer satisfaction and consumer loyaltyis positively perceived by consumers, or all variables of this study get a good response from consumers. It also indicated that perceived value and trust have a significant influence on brand loyalty staying in the hotel either directly or indirectly through moderating variable of customer satisfaction. In addition, it also confirms that there is an indirect effect of perceived value, trust in consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction of Grand Nanggroe Hotel Banda Aceh.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) describe the state of transformational leadership, employee job satisfaction and organizational culture (2) analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction, (3) analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction (4) analyze the influence of leadership transformational towards organizational culture and (5) analyzing the indirect effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through the job satisfaction of employees. While the research was conducted at the Bireuen District Land Office, its object is transformational leadership, organizational culture, employee job satisfaction. The results showed that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work satisfaction of employees had gone well, transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership had an effect on culture organization and there is an indirect influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through the job satisfaction in the agency.

ABSTRACT
Aceh Education Office is working to improve the work skills and technical skills of employees in the direction of professionalism in the field of service. The phenomenon of the Aceh Education Office shows that the performance of their staff still needs to be improved. So it is necessary to study to see the factors that affect the performance of Aceh Education Office staff. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, work ethic, and work environment on work motivation and its impact on employee performance of Aceh Education Office. Using the Slovin formula, the sample size in this study was 206 employees, distributed proportionally to all employees by position. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The data was then analyzed using SEM with the help of AMOS 22.0 program. The results show that work discipline, work ethic, and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance of Aceh Education Office. Other results show that work discipline, work ethic, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.
