ABSTRACT
This study investigates the effect of methanolic root extract of Asparagus pubescens on the male reproductive system in rabbits. Male reproductive organs is essential for producing and maintaining sperm, secreting testosterone, and transporting sperm to the female reproductive tract, include the testicles and accessory organs such as the epididymis, vas deferens, and prostate gland. The testicles, being the primary site of sperm and testosterone production, play a critical role in male fertility. Experimental animals were divided into four treatment groups and corresponding control groups. The plant extract was administered at low (250 mg/kg) and normal (500 mg/kg) doses for 14 and 21 days, respectively. Control groups, which received no treatment, showed no abnormal physical observations. Fertility assays included female rabbits, all of which became pregnant, confirming the fertility of the male rabbits used. Post-mortem analysis of testes from treated groups revealed no gross pathological changes. Histological examination indicated no disruptions in spermatogenesis across all treated groups, comparable to controls. The absence of pathological changes suggests that Asparagus pubescens does not exhibit visible contraceptive effects on male reproductive organs based on histological techniques. Estrogen’s role in regulating fluid reabsorption in the male reproductive tract suggests that the extract’s antiestrogenic activity might produce a contraceptive effect. Further research is necessary to explore its potential as a male contraceptive.

ABSTRACT
The level of competition in the culinary sector continues to increase, both from national food businesses and the invasion of culinary company branches from abroad entering Indonesia. Customer satisfaction is the main key in winning the competition. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of food court aesthetics, customer emotions, and service quality on customer satisfaction at food courts in the East Jakarta area. This research succeeded in collecting data through a customer survey of 170 food court customers in Jakarta Timur Indonesia. The sampling method used in this research was convenience sampling. We use multiple regression analysis where customer satisfaction is the dependent variable and food court aesthetic factors, customer emotions, and the quality of service provided by the food court are exogenous variables. The collected data is then processed using the Smart PLS data processing tool. Partial Least Square measures two submodels, namely the outer measurement submodel or outer measurement model and the structural model or inner model or inner measurement submodel. The results of this research found that food court aesthetics, customer emotions, and service quality have a statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction. The implications and limitations of this research are also discussed in this article.

ABSTRACT
In this investigation, Nb2O5-α-Fe2O3 nanocomposites were synthesized by modified sol-gel method. The obtained materials were characterized by different techniques such as powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), UV-vis diffuse reflectance (UV-vis spectroscopy). The catalyst was found to have a particle size in the region of 20-42 nm with a high surface area. The effects of the catalyst dose, the pH value, UV power, addition of H2O2 and scavenger on the photocatalytic efficiency were investigated. This study presents a strategy to eliminate highly toxic and persistent dyes such as DB 199 dye. It was observed that the nanocomposites showed maximum response with more than 80% degradation of DB 199 dye in 100 min.

ABSTRACT
Insurance customers in Indonesia are motivated and attach importance to the quality of electronic services and the perceived value exceeds the expected value. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the influence of psychological factors, electronic service quality, and perceived value on customer loyalty of life insurance companies in Indonesia. Through a literature review, a hypothesis was developed by exploring previous research related to the impact of psychological factors, electronic service quality, and perceived value on customer loyalty. The survey was conducted on 165 life insurance customers in Indonesia. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The validity and reliability of the measurements were confirmed before testing the research hypotheses. The results of the study reveal that psychological factors, electronic service quality, and perceived value influence customer loyalty of life insurance companies in Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Given that Social Work is immersed in public policies and social programs that are aimed at vulnerable, marginalized or excluded groups, it is necessary to analyze its commitment considering its relationship with management for the treatment of diseases and rehabilitation in institutions of the health sector. In this sense, the objective of this study was to establish the reliability and validity of an instrument that measures work commitment (22 items out of a total of 35) in the health sector. For this purpose, a non-probabilistic sample of 125 social work professionals with experience in the implementation of social programs and monitoring of institutional strategies for health promotion was used. Normality (kurtosis = 7.272), reliability (alpha = .673) and validity (KMO = .875; X 2 = 12.156; 11gl; p = .000) of the scale that measured work commitment were established. A reflective structural model was established in which commitment to the institution was positively related to work commitment (β = .91). The fit and residual indices corroborated the multidimensionality hypothesis of work commitment (GFI = .975; NFI = .975, CFI = .985, RMSEA = .009). In light of the findings put forward, the scope and limits of the study were discussed.

ABSTRACT
This study endeavors to investigate the effect of intellectual property (IP) strategies on the innovation ecosystem within Kenya's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector. Despite concerted efforts to promote IP strategies in the ICT industry, significant challenges persist in their implementation and effectiveness in Kenya. The study pursues three primary objectives: firstly, to ascertain the prevailing IP methodologies employed by ICT companies in Kenya; secondly, to evaluate the state of the innovation ecosystem within the Kenyan ICT industry; and thirdly, to analyze the effect of IP strategies on innovation ecosystems within this sector. Employing a desktop research design, the study extensively reviewed secondary data sources such as reports, industry publications, literature reviews, and existing texts. Initial findings indicate robust correlations between IP strategies and the dynamic Kenyan innovation ecosystem. The study underscores the pivotal roles of government agencies and organizational culture in shaping IP management practices, fostering innovation, and enhancing overall performance. Importantly, the findings align with Kenya's Vision 2030, advocating for enhancements to the legal framework to promote creativity and safeguard the rights of innovators and creators. Moreover, the study's outcomes are poised to inform strategic decisions concerning the establishment of innovation hubs, research and development initiatives, education and skills enhancement programs, technology transfer mechanisms, commercialization strategies, as well as collaboration and partnership endeavors. Additionally, these findings resonate with Sustainable Development Goals, particularly numbers eight, nine, and seventeen, thereby reinforcing their significance in advancing Kenya's socio-economic aspirations.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to examines how restaurant atmosphere, consumer emotions, restaurant design, and service quality influence consumer satisfaction at the J.CO Donuts & Coffee Restaurant at Depok city, Indonesia. It also investigates the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty. A sample of 140 fast-food consumers was collected using a structured questionnaire. This paper uses partial least squares path modelling to test and validate the study’s model and hypotheses. The results suggest that consumer emotions, restaurant design, and service quality have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction. The findings also reveal increasing the effect of satisfaction on loyalty.
