ABSTRACT
Electoral sociology, the subject of this study, appears to be a privileged framework for the exercise and understanding of theories of voting, and knowledge of the sociological determinant of voting, a line of thought created to understand electoral behaviour in Cameroon. In order to understand the related logics, a qualitative study was conducted based on a review of the political science literature on explanatory models of voting. Results of this study showed that electoral behaviour at the local level is no longer fixed and is not necessarily a function of political parties. Voters are more informed, more realistic and less predictable. This situation is sustained by the political context, as voters seem to be more aware of issues at stake because they are more directly concerned than in the past and feel solely responsible for their future and their fate with the disengagement of the State in most sectors of the Cameroon economy through decentralisation.

ABSTRACT
Rural Banks (BPR) as financial institutions which in their activities do not provide services in payment traffic consists of conventional BPRs and Sharia BPRs (BPRS). During the COVID-19 period, there was information stated that BPRs experienced positive growth, while according to LPS from 2005 to April 2021, there were 110 BPRs that were liquidated which had to be funded by LPS. Based on this fact the authors are interested in analyzing the performance of BPR and BPRS with the aim of knowing: (1) There is a difference or not in the performance of the BPR Lestari Banten bank before covid (2019) and after covid 19 (2020), (2) There is a difference or not in the performance of the BPRS Harta Insan Karomah Parahyangan (HIKP) bank before covid (2019) and after covid 19 (2020), (3) There is a difference or not in the performance of BPR Lestari Banten and BPRS HIKP before covid 19 (2019), (4). There is a difference or not in the performance of BPR Lestari Banten and BPRS HIKP after covid 19 (2020). The method and the analytical tools used are t-test (paired sample t test), Wilcoxon test, independent test and Mann Whitney U. The results of the study are: (1). There is no difference in the performance of the BPR Lestari Banten bank before covid (2019) and after covid 19 (2020), (2). There is no difference in the performance of the BPRS Harta Insan Karomah Parahyangan (HIKP) bank before covid (2019) and after covid 19 (2020), (3). There is no difference in the performance of BPR Lestari Banten and BPRS HIKP before covid 19 (2019), (4). There is no difference in the performance of BPR Lestari Banten and BPRS HIKP after covid 19 (2020).
ABSTRACT
Development is critical and very essential to the substance and positive growth of any nation. A country is classified as develop when she is able to provide qualitative effort for her citizenry in terms of industrial development, manpower development and sustainable development with respect to her conservative nature to the biodiversity etc. Nigeria in the last 53 years has been struggling with the problems of development in spite of huge human, material and natural resources in her possession. This article examines the problems bedevilling Nigeria’s development, which includes monumental sorption, lack of good governance, poor policy implementation and mono economic base of the nation as well as strategies for achieving sustainable development in Nigeria. The paper adopted secondary data as sources of information. It observe among other things that diligent implementation of developmental plans, commitment on the part of the leaders, policies implementation and enforcement, absences of corrupt leadership and the presence of leaders with high regard for scientific research and industrialization are necessary and vital requirement for the achievement of sustainable development in Nigeria.

ABSTRACT
Background: Computed Tomography is a significant imaging modality in cancer staging, the extent of disease evaluation, and cure management for breast cancer women. The purpose of the current study was to determine the prognostic value of metastasis in breast cancer patients on computed tomography. Objective: The present study explores the frequency of breast cancer Metastasis and the extent on computed tomography in Gujranwala, Pakistan. Material and Method: A cross-sectional study was organized at the diagnostic department of radiology (DHQ/Teaching Hospital, Gujranwala). The duration of the study was 3 months i.e. 23rd January 2022 to 23rd April 2022. The total number of participants was 50 with primary breast cancer. Between 23rd January 2022 and 23rd April 2022, 50 breast cancer patients who underwent computed tomography for verification of breast cancer metastasis were analyzed. Volume acquisition in axial sections with multi-slice CT of the abdomen from chest to the pubic symphysis was done for the assessment. Results: At the time of diagnosis, 29 patients (58%) did not have while 21 patients (42%) had metastasis. Information on histological types was available for 50 primary breast cancer patients. These were (22%) Ductal carcinoma, (4%) inflammatory, and (74%) other subtypes. On patient-based analysis, computed tomography identified distant metastasis in axillary lymph nodes (44%), pulmonary (8%), hepatic (2%), and bone (4%) and 3 patients (6%) had metastasis extended to ALN, pulmonary, hepatic and bone. Conclusion: Breast CT with contrast upgrade lesion visualization could be advantageous for the determining extent of metastasis The breast CT radiation dose is complementary to and is within the dimension of conventional mammography imaging. Given all the possible aspects, imaging of breast techniques in addition to biopsies guidance, adjunctive screening, and evaluation of diagnosis, the extent of disease evaluation, and examining feedback to ..............
ABSTRACT
Theoretical underpinnings of differential equations have advanced greatly, particularly in the twentieth century. This expansion is due to the rapid and effective development of supporting mathematical fields (such as functional analysis, measure theory, and function spaces), as well as an ever-increasing need for applications, particularly in engineering, science, and medicine. The Lie infinitesimals method was employed to reduce the nonlinear fourth order PDE into an ordinary differential equation then the resulting ODE solved by the finite difference method. The Lie infinitesimals method is used to solve significantly more complex problems which used in manufacture.

ABSTRACT
Aim of the study: To evaluate the care, at the National Hospital of Niamey, of patients who suffered severe burns following the explosion of a petrol tank truck. Patients and methods: It was a descriptive and analytical prospective study that took place from May 6 to August 8, 2019. All the patients, victims of the explosion, who were taken care at the National Hospital of Niamey were included in the study. Our data were entered and analyzed by computer software such as Epi info 7.2.3.1, Word Office and Excel Office 2016. Fischer and Pearson tests were used, with a significant value p<0.05. Results: The explosion concerned 104 people of which 55 (52.95%) were died, charred and unrecognizable. There were 41 (39.4%) patients with burn injury and 8 (7.7%) with smoke intoxication. 35 (71.43%) of the patients were taken care at the National Hospital of Niamey. The average age of the patients was 23.45 years with a sex-ratio (M/F) of 16.5. The average skin burnt area (SBA) was 57.12%; 3rd degree burn predominated with 71.87%. Hydro electrolytic resuscutation according to Parkland Hospital formula was the most used in the care of the patients with 87.5%. The most frequent localisation concerned the pelvic limb with 84.37%, the death rate represented 57.14%. The extend of skin burnt area, the depth of the burn, the Baux score value and the time at which death occurred were all significant factors that are associated with the mortality with respectively p=0.008; p=0.002 et p=0.003. Conclusion: The explosion of the gasoline tank truck showed our limits in care at the HNN. The establishment of a white plan for the management of massive influxes, the creation of a burns center as well as prevention through information and education of the population is more than necessary.

ABSTRACT
The study aimed to determine if the sensory branding strategy leads to sensory overload in the customers using a self-designed questionnaire. 100 people who were regular visitors to the shopping mall were selected to be a part of this research. A self-designed questionnaire was administered by each one of them. The questionnaire comprised of questions relating to the effects of sensory branding on their shopping experience. Results revealed that when a third sensory element was added to advertising, it lead to an increase in perceived arousal and decrease in pleasantness/ attractiveness to the product. As the ROLs suggest, sensory branding establishes both a physical and a psychological connection between the customers and the product. But the store atmospherics can negatively or positively alter the perception and attention of mall customers. Though sensory branding is being used tremendously as a marketing strategy, but large amounts of it can lead to sensory overload & thus the customer’s aversiveness to the product. The study concluded that limited use of sensory cues can be effective in attracting the customers to the product whereas adding more elements of sensory cues to the audio visual advertising can lead to sensory overload. Malls make people feel overwhelmed which is associated with the phenomena of sensory overload.
